Orsus Support Programs
Orsus offers the following types of customer support:

  • Technical support via e-mail and telephone to customers with either a valid maintenance support contract or a valid product evaluation contract
  • Onsite support when an incident cannot be reproduced at the Orsus customer support center and further investigation at the customer site is required
